Knee Replacement Topic At Community Lecture

When is it Time for Hip or Knee Replacement?, an educational seminar offered by Kosciusko Community Hospital, will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, June 18, at the KCH Health & Wellness Center, Warsaw.
Leamon Williams, M.D., will conduct the lecture with Krista Harding, joint care coordinator.
“If you are over 55 and have knee or hip pain, stiffness or swelling, chances are you have arthritis in the knee or hip,” according to Williams. “The good news is many treatments are now available to control these symptoms, allowing you to move easily and without pain once again.”
When is it Time seminar will explore the latest non-surgical and surgical treatments for hip and knee pain. The seminar will also help individuals with arthritis determine when it’s time to consider joint replacement. A question and answer session will follow the presentation.
