WARSAW – The 500,000 Churches Golf Scramble will be held at 8 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 29, with a shotgun start kicking off the event, at the Rozella Ford Golf Club in Warsaw.

The event, which will feature a four person scramble, will cost $240 per team if registered by Aug. 1 and $300 per team if registered by Aug. 20. Optional buy-in games and hole challenge prizes will be available for winners.

Sponsorship levels include a gold level, which costs $500. This includes a golf foursome entry, the opportunity to select one hole challenge to sponsor (longest drive, longest putt, closest to pin) and a logo/name on a challenge hole tee box sign.

A silver sponsorship, which costs $250, will include a logo/name on one tee box sign and a logo/name on the sponsorship banner.

Bronze sponsorship, which costs $100, will include a logo/name on the sponsorship banner.

Prizes and goody bags will provide a prize for winning team members/hole challenge winners or a gift for golfer goody bags. Logo/name displayed on rules sheet will also be included.
