SOUTH BEND – Former Notre Dame football coach Lou Holtz will be the featured speaker at a luncheon to benefit three area non-profit groups.

Holtz will speak at “Lunch With Lou” on July 31 at 11:30 a.m. at the Century Center in downtown South Bend.

Tickets to the event are $60 each and there are also sponsorship opportunities available for the luncheon.

The event will benefit three groups who focus on mentoring in the Big Brothers Big Sisters of St. Joseph County, the South Bend Education Foundation and Mentoring Matters.

Holtz coached Notre Dame to a national championship in 1988.
