Court documents state on May 27, 2014, a protective order was issued against Bustamante from having any contact with the juvenile victim, who was under the age of 14, and her mother. However, on Sept. 19, the mother discovered Bustamante had been contacting her daughter through Facebook.
A letter was found on Sept. 22, 2014, by the mother that her daughter was running away to Mexico.
Contact, by the mother, with Bustamante’s family members learned her daughter was with Bustamante, in Green Bay, Wisc. Authorities in Green Bay located the two in a motel on Sept. 22, 2014.
Police were able to speak with the young female, who stated the two had sexual intercourse for the first time in December of 2013 and two times in June 2014. She also told police they left Warsaw around 3 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 21, and arrived in Wisconsin around 10 a.m. that same day.
The stalking charge stems from Bustamante allagedly stalking the female victim after the protective order was issued, and notice was served.
