• Alan Carter Friend, 57, 3462 Jordantown Road, Vinton, Va., arrested for operating while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content over .15 percent. Bond: $15,000 surety.
• Jacob Ryan Larkey, 32, 1515 Bluffton Road, Fort Wayne, arrested for possession of narcotic, dealing narcotics, driving while suspended with prior and dealing schedule I, II, III controlled substances. Bond: $25,250 surety and cash.

July 28

• Scott Allen Freeman, 44, 1520 E Sheridan St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $600 cash.
• Craig Andrew Conklin, 44, 423 North St., Chesterton, arrested for body attachment. Bond: $2,700 cash.
• Josiah James Shively, 30, 201 S. Church St., Claypool, arrested for possession of meth, possession of a precursor, manufacturing meth and driving while suspended with prior. Bond: $15,250 surety and cash.
• Stephanie Ann Hohman, 25, 1829 Sue Avenue, Warsaw, arrested for check deception. No bond.
• Horace Michele Duncan, 57, 23820 Crisler St., Taylor, Mich., arrested on an out-of-state warrant. No bond.
• Ryan Christopher Ezell, 44, 1106 Opdyke Road, Chester, Ill., arrested on an out-of-state warrant. No bond.
• Jordan Issac Larkey, 18, 2633 Allegany Avenue, Fort Wayne, arrested for unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle, dealing narcotics, possession of narcotics, dealing schedule I, II, III controlled substances, possession of schedule I, II, III, IV controlled substances, possession of hash/oil/salvia, possession of marijuana with intent to deal, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, corrupt business influence and maintaining a common nuisance.
