Jeffrey Scott ‘Jeff’ Kawsh
Jeffrey Scott Kawsh, 50, of North Webster, passed away Monday, July 27, 2015, in Lexington, Tenn. from injuries suffered in a vehicle/pedestrian accident. He was born on May 6, 1965, in Chicago, to Frank T. & Priscilla J. (Peshek) Kawsh.
He grew up in Chicago and attended Foreman High School in Chicago and is a United States Navy Veteran. He was married on Aug. 12, 1993, in Chicago, Ill. to Tamatha E. “Tammy” (Irwin) Hall who survives. He is owner and operator of Carsen’s Pilot Agency in North Webster for three years and was a former truck driver for various companies. He moved to the North Webster area 10 years ago from Chicago.
He was member of the United Methodist Church in North Webster and American Legion Post 253 in North Webster.
He is survived by wife: Tammy Kawsh, North Webster; daughter: Amanda (Bobby) Pollock, Warsaw; son: Carsen Scott, North Webster; granddaughter: Rhea Pollock; mother: Priscilla Florence, Venice, Fla.; four sisters: Joy Braley, Des Plaines, Ill.; Debra Petrovic, St. Charles, Ill.; Karen Jackson, Chicago, Ill.; and Cathy (Russell) Martens, Crystal Lake, Ill.; brother: Martin (Fiancé – Teresa Reuff) Hoffman, Belvidere, Ill.; mother-in-law: Debbie Irwin, North Webster; and aunt: Connie Adams, North Webster.
He was preceded by his father: Frank T. Kawsh; and brother: Frank T. Kawsh III.
Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. Friday, July 31, at Owen Family Funeral Home, North Webster. Funeral services will follow at 6 p.m. Friday, July 31, in the funeral home with Pastor Bob Daily of the church officiating. Military services will be performed by the North Webster American Legion.
