Charlotte Anne Terry, 10 months, Rochester, passed away at 12:21 a.m. Friday, July 31, 2015, at Riley Hospital for Children at Indiana University Health, Indianapolis.

Charlotte was born on Sept. 20, 2014, in Plymouth, the daughter of Parker W. and Ellen E. (Wilson) Terry.

She attended Crossroads Church, Plymouth, and loved cheerios, playing with her stuffed cats and music.

Survivors include her parents: Parker W. and Ellen E. Terry, Rochester; grandparents: Max and Kim Wilson, Angola; Roger and Denise Terry, Bourbon; great-grandparents: Ed and Nancy Wilson, Fremont; Aaron and Barb Harvey; Dana and Larry and Ruby Layman, Bourbon; and several aunts and uncles.

Funeral services will take place at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 4, at Crossroads Evangelical Free Church, 1650 N. Oak Road, Plymouth, with Rev. Collin Seitz officiating. Private interment will take place at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Rochester.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Charlotte Terry Memorial Fund for future philanthropic endeavors for children struggling with cancer.
