Suzanne Arlene (Coy) Hanna
Suzanne Arlene (Coy) Hanna, 74, of Bloomington, passed away at I.U. Health-Bloomington Hospital on Saturday, Aug. 1, 2015. Suzanne was born on April 28, 1941, to Tillman J. “Junior” and Eula (Killian) Coy.
She lived in North Webster, and attended school there until she moved to southern Indiana at the age of 12. She was married to Warren G. Hanna who preceded her in death on Aug. 5, 2013. Suzanne was a homemaker, enjoyed raising her children and spending time with them and her family.
She was a member of the Ellettsville First United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her daughter: Debbie Reynolds, Springville; Don Reynolds, Los Angeles, Calif.; stepson: Steve (Sharon) Hanna, Bloomington; half-brothers: Kevin Coy, LaGrange; and Allen (Sherri) Coy, Syracuse; several nieces; nephews; cousins; and very many close friends who she considered her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and two brothers: Ronnie Coy; John Coy.
Funeral services will be held at Chandler Funeral Home, Ellettsville, at 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 5, with Dr. Art Collins and Cary Curry officiating. Burial is to follow at Methodist Cemetery in Ellettsville. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and again one hour prior to the services on Wednesday.
