• Romeo Pena Herndandez, 32, 920 Anchorage Road, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, OWI with a BAC equal to or greater than .15 and operator never licensed. Bond: $700 cash.

• Efrain Loera Murillo, 20, 877 E. US 6, Ligonier, arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $400 cash.
• Yoan Padilla Murillo, 21, 710 Eldorado Drive, Ligonier, arrested for refusal to submit to chemical test and OWI. Bond: $700 cash.
• Michael S. Helvie, 33, 304 W. Sycamore St., Silver Llake, arrested for driving while suspended with prior and possession of schedule I, II, III, IV controlled substance. Bond: $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Apolonio Corral Jr., 45, 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for resisting law enforcement. Bond: $628.25 cash.
