Sentencings
The following individuals were recently sentenced in a Kosciusko County court to serve jail time.
June 25
- Derek Jorge Himes, 34, 2906 Widaman St., Winona Lake, sentenced for operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 60 days in the Kosciusko County jail, with that time suspended providing he meets conditions set by the court.
June 24
- Tara Renee Smith, 43, 520 Gilliam Ave., Warsaw, sentenced for dealing marijuana and maintaining a common nuisance. She was sentenced to two consecutive one-year terms in the Kosciusko County Jail, with all but 10 days to be suspended and Smith placed on probation provided she meets conditions set by the court.
- Kelly Marie Harner, 20, 7023 Elmbrook Drive, Fort Wayne, sentenced for maintaining a common nuisance, possession of methamphetamine and failure to appear. She was sentenced to three concurrent one-year terms in the Kosciusko County jail, with count III to be dismissed.
- Michael Matthew Bajorek, 56, 3922 Gloucester Drive, Crete, Ill., sentenced for operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 365 days in the Kosciusko County Jail, with 359 days suspended upon conditions set by the court.
June 19
- Jack Daniels, 33, 1692 East 200N 212, Warsaw, sentenced for invasion of privacy. He was sentenced to 365 days in the Kosciusko County Jail, with 361 of those days suspended upon conditions set by the court.
- Gary Allen Wagoner, 44, 3965 North 100E, Warsaw, sentenced for criminal conversion. He was sentenced to 365 days in the Kosciusko County Jail, with 345 days to be suspended and Wagoner placed on probation upon conditions set by the court.
June 18
- Shane M. Ruble, 25, 5734 North 1000W, Farmland, sentenced for operating while intoxicated with prior. He was sentenced to 18 months in the Kosciusko County Jail, with 16 months suspended and Ruble placed on probation upon conditions set by the court. Ruble’s driver’s license will be suspended for one year, retroactive to Oct. 8, 2014.
June 15
- Johnny Gomez, 48, 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, sentenced for operating while intoxicated, with prior. He was sentenced to 30 months in the Kosciusko County Jail, with 24 months suspended and Gomez placed on probation upon conditions set by the court. His driver’s license was suspended for one year, retroactive to Aug. 14, 2014.
June 12
- Adam Christopher Smith, 30, 580 S. Main St., North Webster, sentenced for operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 365 days in the Kosciusko County Jail, with 353 days to be suspended upon conditions set by the court. Smith’s driver’s license was suspended for 180 days.
June 1
- Brandon Ray Richcreek, 26, 5510 East 650N, Syracuse, sentenced for operating while intoxicated, with prior. He was sentenced to 36 months in the Kosciusko County Jail, with 18 months suspended and Richcreek placed on probation upon conditions set by the court. Richcreek’s driver’s license was suspended for two years, retroactive to Feb. 27, 2014.
