Kortana Rayne Prilaman, infant daughter of Derick Prilaman and Ashley Slone of Wabash, died at 7:49 a.m. Friday, Aug. 7, 2015, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.

She is survived by her parents and brother: Keelan Michael Slone, all of Wabash; grandparents: Michael and Debra Roland, Logansport; James and Kathy Rowland, North Manchester; Wes Sturgeon, Logansport; Connie Sturgeon, Walton; Phil and Avadene Bradley, Claypool; aunts and uncles: Eric Sturgeon, Indianapolis; Brittany Roland; Nova and Josh Goforth; and Michelle Roland, all of Logansport; Trevor and Jenni Rowland, Warsaw; and Corey and Chelsey Spangle, North Manchester; and several cousins.

A family gathering will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 13, at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, Wabash.
