Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:

8:57 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 11, West CR 950S and South CR 400W, Silver Lake. Driver: Tina M. Miller, 53, South CR 600W, Claypool. Miller swerved her vehicle to avoid hitting a deer, hitting a county highway road sign. Damage up to $10,000.

11:30 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 9, East US 30 and South CR 450E, Warsaw. Driver: Jessica Kwong, 21, McKenzie Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. Hit deer. Damage up to $2,500.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

8:12 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 11, Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Driver: Doris A. Bosstick, 83, East Deerwood Court, Warsaw. The sun obstructed her view causing her vehicle to strike a parked vehicle registered to Derek R. Findley, Walnut Street, Silver Lake. Damage up to $2,500.

5:16 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 11, East Center Street and North Lincoln Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Brandon M. Cloud, 29, East CR 650S, Pierceton, and Matthew Harmon, 43, Spring Park Walk, Cincinnati, Ohio. Cloud’s vehicle struck the back of the Harmon vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.
