WARSAW — Warsaw resident Ryan Weaver became the latest winner of the Club CITGO Free Gas Giveaway at the Freedom Express CITGO station in Leesburg. Local CITGO Marketer Freedom Oil and CITGO Petroleum Corporation awarded Weaver with the grand prize of a year’s supply of fuel in the form of $2,500 in CITGO gift cards.

Weaver was randomly selected for the prize after registering for the new Club CITGO mobile rewards application. Freedom Oil first introduced customers to Club CITGO earlier this year, giving them access to in-store deals and specials daily through their mobile phones.

Weaver is an active member of the Warsaw community, having coached the Warsaw All-Stars Little League Team for the past four years. Last month, they competed in the State Championship in Jasper; while they didn’t advance in the playoffs, Weaver was able to use his free gas winnings to transport the team back and forth.

As part of the Club CITGO Free Gas Giveaway sweepstakes, participants are automatically entered for a chance to win $2,500 in CITGO gift cards when they download the free mobile app to their Apple or Android phones. Contest entrants are also eligible to win $100 in CITGO gas cards each week and other exciting prizes. Additional contest entries are awarded to customers who check in at one of more than 700 participating CITGO-branded stations or share the app with friends via Facebook, Twitter or email. In addition, customers who download the app will instantly receive access to great deals and offers at participating CITGO locations.
