ELKHART — Ruoff Home Mortgage announced that Samantha Conrad was the top loan originator for its Elkhart office for August. The top spot in each branch office is based on the number of closed loans during the month, as compared to their fellow peers.

Conrad has been with Ruoff Home Mortgage for six years and in the mortgage industry for 17 years. This is her second month in a row of winning the top spot. The Elkhart office is located in its new space at 901 Parkway Ave. Suite 5.
