Terese G. DeYoung, 76, of Warsaw, passed away at 2:12 a.m. Monday, Sept. 7, 2015, at Lutheran Hospital of Indiana in Fort Wayne. She was born on April 14, 1939, in Chicago, Ill. to Edward & Antoinette (Potenza) Stack.

She graduated from Evergreen Park High School and attended University of Illinois in Urbana, Ill. On Jan. 6, 1970, in Chicago, Ill. she married John R. DeYoung who survives. She was a homemaker and was formerly a registered nurse for Cook County Hospital in Chicago, Ill. She moved to Warsaw in 1983 from the Chicago area and wintered in Fla. for many years.

She is survived by her husband: John DeYoung, Warsaw; daughter: Jennifer (Drew) Shingler, Warsaw; two grandchildren: John and Jaclyn Shingler; and two brothers: Andrew Stack, Nev.; and Stanley Stack, Ariz.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

No services are planned. Cremation Services of Kosciusko County is in charge of arrangements.

Memorial bequest may be given to Animal Welfare League, Warsaw.
