• Todd Joseph Guiff, 45, 773 Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a narcotic and fraud. No bond.
• Jacob Michael Makinson, 32, 1801 North Hartzler St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $450 cash.
• Amanda Sue Watkins, 31, 1407 N. Market St., North Manchester, arrested for probation violation. No bond.
• Jacob Dale Hamilton, 25, 135 E. South St., Milford, arrested for failure to appear. No bond.
