• Jacob Evan Whitaker, 19, 107 N. Main St., Sidney, arrested for resisting law enforcement/resisting with vehicle, criminal recklessness, possession of marijuana, leaving the scene of an injury or death accident/failure to stop after accident resulting in injury, death or entrapment of a person. No bond listed.

Sept. 25

• Visente Isaiah Garza, 22, 8 EMS C29 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $1,500.

• Jorge Ramos, 37, 3762 W. Old Road 30, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC equal to or greater than .15, OWI, and driving while suspended with prior. Bond: $700 cash.
• Doby Gonzales, 42, 1726 Morton Ave., Elkhart, arrested for OWI, OWI with a BAC .08-.15 and OWI-endangerment. Bond: $700 cash.
• Aristides Palencia Jacinto, 46, 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for child molesting – fondle/touch. Bond: $15,250 surety.
• Casey Lynn Robertson, 27, 431 E. Wayne St., Fort Wayne, arrested for public intoxication, driving while suspended and failure to appear. Bond: $1,900 cash.
• David Anthony Vie, 39, 11411 Cabriolet Run, Fort Wayne, arrested for operating motorboat while intoxicated causing serious bodily injury and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
