SILVER LAKE — The Silver Lake Lions Club will host a Halloween Party 6:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, at the Silver Lake Conservation Building.

The event welcomes both children and adults with a costume contest for both the young and young at heart. Cash prizes for children will span from $20 to $4 dollars with eight prizes total. Adults can win two prizes: first for $20; and second for $15. A $5 prize will be given to the oldest and youngest in costume.

Refreshments will be served and the Lions Club reminds guests Silver Lake trick-or-treat is 6:30-8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31. In addition, the Harvest Celebration will be taking place at the same time as trick-or-treat at the old fire station.
