WARSAW — Teachers and parents from Rainbow Child Care Center have joined hundreds of fellow residents from Warsaw and surrounding communities to help feed thousands of starving children in the developing world.
Through a partnership with Feed My Starving Children, volunteers will prepare 1 million life-saving meals at an FMSC MobilePack event, Wednesday, Oct. 14 through Saturday, Oct. 17, at the Gordon Recreation Center on the campus of Grace College, 100 Publishers Drive, Winona Lake.
Community members can support this MobilePack by volunteering at packing sessions or by making a donation for food production costs. Those interested in donating or participating or who would like to learn more can click here.

Feed My Starving Children is a nonprofit, hunger-relief organization that tackles world hunger by sending volunteer-packed meals to nearly 70 countries, where they’re used to operate orphanages, schools, clinics and feeding programs to break the cycle of poverty. MobilePack events enable children and adults across the United States to pack these meals. Churches, businesses, community groups and schools in more than 35 states have hosted food-packing events as a way to foster teamwork and unity, while making a difference in the fight to prevent and reverse malnutrition.
