Kosciusko
Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:
11:14 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, West US 30 and North Fox Farm Road, Warsaw. Drivers: Chelsea F. Circle 25, US 31, Plymouth, and Juan J. Olivia Salas, 35, East Wooster Road, Pierceton. Circle’s vehicle rear-ended Salas’s vehicle. Circle had injuries to her face. Damage up to $10,000.
2:19 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23, East US 30 east of South CR 900E, Pierceton. Driver: Fred K. Boateng, 34, Sloera Drive, Columbus, Ohio. Boateng lost control of his vehicle, ran into the median, overcorrected and ran off the road, rolling down an embankment. He complained of pain to his arm. Damage up to $10,000.
North Webster
Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following accident:
8:22 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, West Crystal Flash Road west of North Ward Lane, North Webster. Drivers: Sandra J. Julian, 75, West Elm Street, North Webster, and Jonathan E. Hermann, 41, Wood Valley Drive, Fort Wayne. Julian’s vehicle sideswiped a boat trailer behind Hermann’s vehicle. A witness also described the accident. Damage up to $5,000.
Syracuse
Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following accident:
12:42 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23, 1200 block of north Huntington Street, Syracuse. Driver: Jacob B. Stewart, 42, West Van Buren Street, Leesburg. Stewart fell from his vehicle and became pinned between it and a post and a card machine for the carwash. Stewart was transported to the hospital with to his right leg. Damage up to $5,000.
