• 2:05 p.m. Monday, Oct. 26, 900 block of West CR 200S, Warsaw. Jonathan D. Smith reported an identity theft.
• 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 26, 9500 block of Hiawatha Lane, Syracuse. Adam J. Vantwoud reported theft of a utility trailer.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 10:16 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2500 block of Silveus Crossing, Warsaw. Jeffrey Allen Long, Shantelle Stacy Fugate and Jason C. Oldham reported theft of items from a vehicle.
• 4:39 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28, 800 block of Lydia Drive, Warsaw. Kenneth G. Thompson and James R. Jacobs reported a fraud.
