WABASH — WWKI 100.5 welcomes Scotty McCreery to the Honeywell Center at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 8. Tickets are $34, $48 and $75. Corporate sponsorship is provided by MC Contracting LLC.
Scotty McCreery perfectly blends traditional and contemporary country on his second number one-debuting album “See You Tonight.” He has become one of country music’s hottest new stars with album sales over 2.5 million. He embarks on his latest tour as his current single “Southern Belle” climbs the charts.
After winning season ten of “American Idol” and capturing the hearts of millions of television viewers nationwide, McCreery released his debut album, which was the best-selling solo album released by a country artist in 2011. Indeed, he became the youngest man in history to have his first album debut atop the all-genre Billboard Top 200 albums chart.
The opening act for Scotty McCreery will be “SmithField,” which consists of two talented and ambitious singer/songwriters from Texas: Jennifer Fiedler and Trey Smith. SmithField has taken Nashville by storm proving that they belong in the Music City with some of the best musical talent in the world.
Tickets may be purchased at the Honeywell Center box office from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, by calling (260) 563-1102 or visiting www.honeywellcenter.org.
