Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:
7:01 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4, West US 30 and North CR 650W, Warsaw. Driver: Lillian R. Meredith, 88, West Old Road 30, Warsaw. Meredith’s vehicle missed the turn, and went into the ditch. Damage up to $2,500.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:
7:20 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4, South SR 25, north of South Wausau Street, Warsaw. Driver: Jay A. Slone, 41, South CR 700W, Mentone. Hit deer. Damage up to $5,000.
5:07 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4, West CR 300N, Warsaw. Unidentified owner of a 2004 Chevrolet stated she was parked in a parking space and when she returned found the left bumper had been struck. Damage up to $5,000.
2:55 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4, West Lake Street, Warsaw. Driver: Cary D. Cochran, 51, P.O. Box, Warsaw. Going through the drive-thru at Penguin Point in a U-Haul box van, struck the awning at the cashier’s window, then drove to the next window and struck the face of that awning. Damage up to $2,500.
2:17 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4, East Center Street and South Scott Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Caleb W. Wilson, 24, Railside Drive, Syracuse, and Nichole L. Caudill, 28, Sand Castle Drive, Warsaw. Wilson’s vehicle struck the back of the Caudill vehicle. Wilson cited for operating a vehicle without a driver’s license and operating a vehicle without financial responsibility. Damage up to $2,500.
8:32 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4, Fisher Avenue, south of Ranch Road, Warsaw. Drivers: Ryan M. Price, 25, South Lake Sharon Road, Warsaw, and Leo C. Ouellette, 31, North Wren Road, North Manchester. Price’s vehicle struck the back of the Ouellette vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
5:01 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4, East Old Road 30, north Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Driver: Kathleen A. Ray, 41, South Hunters Ridge, Warsaw. Hit deer. Damage up to $5,000.
