Patricia Gallmeier, 69, Syracuse, passed away on Thursday, Nov. 5, 2015, at the IU Health Goshen Hospital. She was born on Aug. 28, 1946, in Warsaw, to Robert & Betty (Longfield) Denny.

She grew up in Warsaw and was a 1964 graduate of Warsaw High School. On Aug. 30, 1969, she married Danny Gallmeier who survives. She retired from the Wawasee Community School Corporation in 2013 after 26 years of service. She was also a bookkeeper for Stuckman Sanitaion Services.

She is survived by her husband: Danny Gallmeier Sr., Syracuse; two daughters: Amy (Travis) Ball, Syracuse; Cynthia (Christopher) Hochstetler, Howe; one son: Danny (Shadow) Gallmeier Jr., Churubusco; five grandchildren; her mother: Betty Denny, Warsaw; three sisters: Diana Egolf, Warsaw; Roberta (Bruce) Bibler, Warsaw; and Karen (John) Schultz, Warsaw. She was preceded by one sister; her father; one granddaughter; and two nephews.

Visitation will be from 3-7 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 8, at the Eastlund Funeral Home. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 9, at the Wawasee Lakeside Chapel with Pastors Harlan Steffen and Brad Cox officiating. Burial will take place at the McClintic cemetery.
