Linda Sue Golden, 55, of Columbia City, passed away at 7:45 p.m. Friday, Nov. 13, 2015, at Parkview Whitley Hospital in Columbia City.

She was born on Feb. 25, 1960, in Gary, to Chester Lonzo and Dolores June (Sullivan) Golden.

She attended Calumet High School in Calumet, Ill., and formerly lived in Syracuse, Jones, Mich., and Leesburg, before moving to Columbia City one year ago. She formerly worked at Sycamore Products in Syracuse, Syracuse Rubber Company, and Scope Technologies in Elkhart, for several years.

She is survived by: two daughters: Stephanie (David Keiling Jr.) Kaufman of Elkhart, and Sarah Kaufman of Columbia City; son:  Joshua (Jamie) Kaufman of Pierceton; eight grandchildren: Angelina, Kylee, Brendan, Cayden, Tony, Laini, Karrissa, and Ezra; her companion: Earl Smith of Columbia City; four sisters:  Judy (Randy) Hill of Edwardsville, Ill., Cindy (Terry) Fogleman of Merrillville, Angela (Terri) Coffey of Griffith, and Sabrina Erbst of Elkhart; and a brother:
John Coffey of Bourbon.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sister: Diane Marshall, and brother: Ronald Golden.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2015, at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home with Pastor Stan Owen of the Syracuse Church of God officiating. Cremation will then take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. SR 15, Warsaw.
