The following people were sentenced in a Kosciusko Court:

Nov. 9

• Aaron Walter Burchett, 27, 3762 W. Old Road 30, Warsaw, sentenced for possession of a precursor. He was sentenced to one year in the Indiana Department of Corrections, to run consecutively with sentences from two other cases.

Nov. 5

• Amber Renee Richter, 34, 105 S. Park Ave., Kendalville, sentenced for probation violation. Her probation was revoked and she was sentenced to three months in the Kosciusko County Jail.
• Fate Thomas Stewart, 60, 2427 Trentman Ave., Fort Wayne, sentenced for habitual traffic violation. He was sentenced to four years in the Indiana Department of Corrections, with three years suspended, to be served on probation, upon conditions set by the court. His driver’s license was suspended for life.

Nov. 2

• David Gene Singer, 41, 519 Inwood Circle, Syracuse, sentenced for dealing methamphetamine. He was sentenced to eight years in the Indiana Department of Corrections, to run consecutively with a sentence from another case.

Oct. 18

• Brooke Lynn Thompson, 25, 5612 9B Road, Bourbon, sentenced for two counts of possession of a narcotic. She was sentenced to two consecutive terms of one and a half years in the Indiana Department of Corrections, to run consecutively with a sentence from another case. The first year of her sentence was ordered to be served in the Kosciusko County Jail and the remainder be suspended upon conditions set by the court.

Oct. 16

• Cynthia D. Collins, 69, 4305 N. SR 3, Howe, sentenced for operating while intoxicated. She was sentenced to 60 days in the Kosciusko County Jail, with 50 days suspended upon conditions set by the court. Her driver’s license was ordered to be suspended for 365 days.

Oct. 9

• Charles Stephen Correll, 46, 581 Bryan Ave., Wabash, sentenced for possession of methamphetamine. He was sentenced to one year in the Indiana Department of Corrections, to run consecutive to a sentence from another case.

Oct. 8

• Cassie Lee Walters, 35, 56784 27th St., Elkhart, sentenced for probation violation. Her probation was revoked and she was sentenced 120 days in the Kosciusko County Jail.
• Jared Wayne Visel, 19, 4172 W. Crystal Lake Road, Warsaw, sentenced for theft. He was sentenced to one year in the Kosciusko County Jail, to be suspended and served on probation upon conditions set by the court.

Sept. 15

• Dawn M. Sweet, 41, 675 N. Albert Eckert Drive, North Webster, sentenced for operating while intoxicated. She was sentenced to 360 days in the Kosciusko County Jail, with 360 days suspended upon conditions set by the court. Her driver’s license was ordered suspended for 90 days.
