The following people have been sentenced in a Kosciusko County court:

Nov. 12

• Damion Alexander Blackburn, 26, 1961 E. CR 300S, Warsaw. sentenced for operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 18 months in the Kosciusko County Jail, with 16 months suspended, to be served on probation upon conditions set by the court. His driver’s license was suspended for one year.

Nov. 9

• Jody Renee Yeazel, 52, 901 S. Harkless Dr., Syracuse, sentenced for probation violation. Her original four-year probation period was revoked and she was ordered to spend that time in the Indiana Department of Correction.

Nov. 2

• Noe Ybarra, 30, 5831 S. East Channel Road, Warsaw, sentenced for probation violation. His original probation was revoked and he was ordered to spend 30 days in the Kosciusko County Jail.

Oct. 30

• Steve Eldon Bryant, 60, 512 S. Dixie Drive, North Webster, sentenced for operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 18 months in the Kosciusko County Jail, with 16 months suspended, to be served on probation upon conditions set by the court. His driver’s license was suspended for one year. His sentence was later modified to 20 days’ incarceration, to be served on consecutive weekends.

Oct. 9

• Ronald James Bjella, 52, 740 E. CR 1250N, Milford, sentenced for operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 365 days in the Kosciusko County Jail, with 305 days suspended, to be served on probation upon conditions set by the court. His driver’s license was suspended for one year.

Oct. 8

• Trey Andrew Hall, 20, 8280 E. US 30, Pierceton, sentenced for burglary. He was sentenced to four years in the Indiana Department of Correction/Kosciusko County Jail, with one year suspended, to be served on probation upon conditions set by the court. He was also sentenced in another case for burglary. He was sentenced to four years in hte Indiana Department of Correction/Kosciusko County Jail, with one year suspended, to be served on probation upon conditions set by the court. These sentences will run consecutively.

Oct. 7

• Stephen Boyd Poe, 51, 4491 Hummingbird Road, Claypool, sentenced for operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 365 days in the Kosciusko County Jail, with 125 days suspended upon conditions set by the court. His driver’s license was suspended for 90 days.

Sept. 27

• Rod D. Leake, 60, 6120 E. CR 400S, Pierceton, sentenced for operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 365 days in the Kosciusko County Jail, with 355 days suspended upon conditions set by the court. His driver’s license was suspended for 180 days.

Sept. 25

• Phomma JD Nakasen, 34, 3915 Winter St., Fort Wayne, sentenced for operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 60 days in the Kosciusko County Jail with 52 days suspended  upon conditions set by the court. His driver’s license was suspended for one year.

Sept. 22

• John Lee Garrett III, 25, 11- N. Union Dr., Winona Lake, sentenced for auto theft. He was sentenced to four years in the Indiana Department of Corrections/Kosciusko County Jail. He was also sentenced to one year in the Indiana Department of Correction/Kosciusko County Jail for operating while intoxicated. These sentences are to be served consecutively. Three years will be suspended, to be served on probation upon conditions set by the court. His driver’s license was suspended for one year.
