GOSHEN — The Elkhart County 4-H shooting sports club will host an informational meeting from 1-3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5, in the Home and Family Arts Building at the Elkhart County 4-H fairgrounds, 17746 CR 34, Goshen.

The program includes archery, shotgun, pistol and rifle. Members learn about proper handling, safety protocols and operations of shooting sports equipment under the direction of screened volunteers.

New participants will need to take part in a safety training program, set for Jan. 9. To enroll in the 4-H program, click here. Enrollment for the 2016 4-H year will end Jan. 15, for exhibition.
