Syracuse BZA Approves Sole Case
The sole hearing was approved as requested at the regular meeting of the Syracuse Board of Zoning Appeals Thursday, Nov. 19.
The only item of business was a variance. McDonalds’ petition for a variance is to allow 411.23 square-feet of signage, where the ordinance only allows 200 square-feet. The property is located at 902 S. Huntington St. (SR 13). There was no remonstrance.
The next meeting will be at 6 p.m. Dec. 17, in Syracuse Town Hall.
