SILVER LAKE — Residents of Silver Lake are invited to participate in a Christmas decorating contest. Those interested can stop by Silver Lake Town Hall, 604 N. Jefferson St., or download and print an entry form here, under the “community” tab.

Entry forms can be mailed to P.O. Box 159, Silver Lake, IN 46982. This contest is open to all town residents.

There is no fee to enter. Winners will be announced Friday, Dec. 18. Those who enter will be giving their permission for their homes to be photographed and featured on Silver Lake’s Facebook page. The entries with the most Facebook “likes” will be declared the winners.

First prize is $100, second is $75 and third is $50. Winners will be notified by mail.
