The following people have been sentenced in a Kosciusko County court:

Nov. 20

• James Robert Roder, 30, Claypool, sentenced for disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 180 days in the Koscuisko County Jail with 150 days suspended upon conditions set by the court.

Nov. 19

• Sara Francine Rivera, 29, 111 S. Wood St., Warsaw, sentenced for theft. She was sentenced to 60 days in the Kosciusko County Jail with 50 days suspended upon conditions set by the court.

Oct. 24

• Wanda June Miller, 45, 10517 W. CR 1100N, Nappanee, sentenced for operating while intoxicated. She was sentenced to 30 months in the Kosciusko County Jail with 18 months suspended, to be served on probation upon conditions set by the court. Her driver’s license was also suspended for two years.

Oct. 23

• William Jacobs Jr., 46, 403 E. Fourth St., Ligonier, sentenced for operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 60 days in the Kosciusko County Jail with 50 days suspended, to be served on probation upon conditions set by the court. His driver’s license was suspended for one year.

Oct. 5

• Wade Lyndon Pacely, 46, 1202 E. McKinley Ave., South Bend, sentenced for nonsupport of a dependent. He was sentenced to 30 months in the Kosicusko County Jail with 24 months suspended to be served on probation upon conditions set by the court.

Sept. 25

• Julio D. Briseno, 25, 4160 N. Westerner Winds Dr., Warsaw, sentenced for habitual traffic violations. He was sentenced to 18 months in the Kosciusko County Jail with 16 months suspended, to be served on probation upon conditions set by the court. His driver’s license was suspended for life.
