Herman Rollins, 92, passed away at Goshen Hospital on Monday afternoon, Dec. 8, 2015. He was born on Aug. 20, 1923, to Earnest and Ada (Reed) Rollins. On April 5, 1958, he married Gail Lisman; she survives.

Also surviving are his siblings: Gene Rollins, Syracuse; Irene Fisher, Cromwell. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings: James; Clyde; Kenneth; Alma; and Juanita.

Herman was a wonderful and thoughtful man who was also a talented woodworker, painter, and avid fisherman. He was a member of the Deaf Christian Fellowship of College Mennonite Church in Goshen.

A funeral service will be held in Herman’s honor at 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 11, at Yeager Funeral Home, Ligonier. Burial will follow at Sparta Cemetery, Kimmell. Family and friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the Deaf Christian Fellowship of College Mennonite Church, Goshen.
