Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:

• 3:08 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 15, 100 block EMS R4B1 Lane, Pierceton. Stephanie A. Stratton reported paying for work to her residence that was never attempted or completed.
• 12:13 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 15, 4500 block East Fox Run Drive, Syracuse. David W. Jessie reported a burglary, theft of a semi automatic 25 caliber “Saturday Night Special.”
• 11:32 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 15, 6300 block East CR 450N, Leesburg. Eric Clemmer notified police of a forgery.
• 6:38 p.m. Monday, Dec. 14, 1600 block North CF 175E, Warsaw. Police were notified of an individual finding a box containing a Christmas wreath, computer bag, stylus pens and iPad case.
• Midnight, Monday, Dec. 14, 3600 block North CR 175E, Warsaw. Stephanie K. Paysen reported an attempted fraud.
