Girls Basketball Wins Second In A Row
The Lady Warriors enjoyed a 44-29 win over Bethany Christian Tuesday night.
Wawasee traveled to Waterford Mills and picked up the victory behind 15 points from Aubrey Kuhn and 11 from Kyle Rostochak.
Wawasee now sits at 4-7 on the season and will host Warsaw for autograph night this Saturday.
Swim Teams Sweep NorthWood
Wawasee’s swim and dive teams dominated their meet at NorthWood Tuesday night.
The girls won 11 of 12 events, including the diving portion en route to a 126-57 victory. Ali Troutman and Jasmine Morehead each had lifetime bests in the 100 free. Lizzie Brugh had a season best in the 500 free.
Wawasee (4-1, 3-1) hosts Plymouth Thursday night.
The boys picked up a 130-55 win behind 10 event victories. Jacob Krugman clocked a lifetime best finish in the 100 breast while Ben Butcher had a lifetime best in the 500 free.
Plymouth will travel to swim with Wawasee (2-2, 2-2) Thursday night.
