Drew Lyon

WARSAW — Cardinal Services Chief Executive Officer Jane Wear has announced the promotion of Drew Lyon to employment services director. Lyon will oversee the Career Links program.

Career Links is the community employment arm of Cardinal Services, working with employers to determine their needs, and with people who need help finding and maintaining a job. Career Links specializes in matching the two: employer and worker. Last year, 192 men and women were guided through the job search process to independence by this supported employment program.

Lyon previously held the position of adult services trainer at Cardinal, and brings to his new position a strong ability to listen and understand the needs of people and employers.

“We don’t just say to a person, ‘here’s a job — go do it.’ We want to help individuals find work in a vocation of their choosing and set them on that path,” said Lyon.

Lyon graduated from Grace College with a bachelor of arts degree in counseling. A native of Elkhart, Lyon and his wife, Monique now reside in Winona Lake.
