Tornado Siren Test A Success
WARSAW — The official tornado siren test around 11:40 a.m. today was a success with all three sirens activating on command from the Kosciusko County Dispatch Center.
Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory and the fire chief’s office expresses sincere appreciation to the public for allowing the disruption. Fire Chief Michael Wilson stated the next level of emergency notification has been complete with all three sirens working throughout Warsaw.
Currently emergency weather sirens or tornado sirens are located at WWFT Station 1, 109 E. Main St., and Station 2, 2204 E. Center St., and on the west end of the city.
