Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:
- 7:06 p.m. Monday, Jan. 4, 2400 block South Lake Sharon Road, Warsaw. Lisa M. Miller reported fraudulent use of a debit card.
- 4:01 a.m. Friday, Jan. 1, 1600 block East 200N, Warsaw. Jamie Wayne Swihart reported a battery.
- 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 31, 6200 block North 300E, Leesburg. Joanna M. Morgan reported the theft of lawn ornaments.
- 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 31, 9400 E. Carnation Lane, Cromwell. Whitney J. Olson reported the theft of items from her vehicle.
- 9:35 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 30, 1400 block East Beer Road, Milford. John R. Morehead Jr., reported the theft of an older 3-point post hole digger. Value: $1,000.
North Webster
Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following incident:
- 8:14 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 29, 400 block North Tk Way, North Webster. Jean M. Zumbrun reported damage to a fence. Unknown if it was criminal mischief or wind damage.
Syracuse
Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following incident:
- 11:36 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 31, 1000 block South Lake Drive, Syracuse. Kenneth I. Troutman reported a lost or stolen cell phone.
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:
- 3:41 p.m. Monday, Jan. 4, 2500 block Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Officials with Wal-Mart Supercenter reported a theft.
- 11:14 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 31, 2500 block Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Officials with Wal-Mart Supercenter reported the theft of numerous items including meat and clothing. Value: $202.20.
Winona Lake
Officers with the Winona Lake Police Department investigated the following incidents:
- 12:20 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 31, 1600 South Hawthorne Court Winona Lake. Linda H. Bowdler reported fraud.
- 10:47 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 29, 1000 block East Canal Street, Winona Lake. Village of Winona, Kenneth W. Nisly reported the theft of a lighted Christmas tree outline. Value: $600.
