Sentencings
The following people have been sentenced in a Kosciusko County court:
Jan. 6
- Joshua Anthony Wolf, 31, 934 Jefferson St., Rochester, sentenced for operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 365 days in the Kosciusko County Jail, with 125 days suspended upon conditions set by the court. His driver’s license was suspended for 365 days.
Jan. 4
- Norma Elizabeth Vermette, 21, 304 W. Oak St., LaPorte, sentenced for operating while intoxicated. She was sentenced to 60 days in the Kosciusko County Jail, with 56 days to be suspended upon conditions set by the court. Her driver’s license was suspended for 60 days.
Dec. 28
- Keith Allen Waldridge, 26, 3697 N. Oakwood Drive, Warsaw, sentenced for attempted possession or sale of precursors. He was sentenced to one year in the Kosciusko County Jail, to be suspended and served on probation upon conditions set by the court.
Dec. 21
- Madison McKenzie Jones, 19, 2932 Elkhart Road, Goshen, sentenced for battery, battery with serious bodily injury to a child younger than age 14. She was sentenced to three years in the Indiana Department of Corrections, to be suspended and served in the Kosciusko County Jail. she was also sentenced for two counts of neglect of a dependent. She was sentenced to three years in the Indiana Department of Corrections, to be served consecutively to the first sentence and for the final four and a half years of the consecutive sentences to be served on probation upon conditions set by the court.
- Brenton Eli Hensley, 43, 3349 East Ridge Drive, Warsaw, sentenced for dealing methamphetamine. He was sentenced to three years in the Indiana Department of Corrections.
- Natalie Erin Johnson, 21, 9918 Ridge Drive, Indianapolis, sentenced for operating while intoxicated. She was sentenced to 365 days in the Kosciusko County Jail, with 361 days suspended upon conditions set by the court. Her driver’s license was suspended for 90 days.
Dec. 17
- Anthony Clinton Gee, 50, 302 S. Edgewater Drive, Syracuse, sentenced for operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator. He was sentenced to 30 months in the Kosciusko County Jail with 18 months suspended, to be served on probation upon conditions set by the court. His driver’s license has been suspended for life.
Dec. 7
- Kimberly Kay Busz, 30, 316 S. Union St., Warsaw, sentenced for possession of methamphetamine. She was sentenced to one and a half years in the Kosciusko County Jail, with the final year to be suspended and served on probation upon conditions set by the court.
- Ashton Phillip Krider, 21, 6880 W. McClure Drive, Silver Lake, sentenced for dealing methamphetamine. He was sentenced to six years in the Indiana Department of Corrections, to run consecutively to two previous sentences.
