Hugh Arnell Yoder, 50, 13276 N. CR 150E, Milford, was arrested on Thursday, Jan. 7, for two level 6 felony charges: possession of methamphetamine; and maintaining a common nuisance.
According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office, on Nov. 18, 2015, officers went to 13276 N. CR 150E, Milford to serve an arrest warrant to Pamela McGreevy for dealing a narcotic drug.
Officers were greeted by the owner of the residence, identified as Yoder, as well as Jeff Mast. Officers observed Mast walk away and followed. The officer then observed Mast attempt to hide an eyeglass case in his pocket. Officers asked Mast what he was attempting to hide and he stated it was a smoking device and produced the device, which reportedly had white residue on it. Officers also observed a glass smoking device lying on a table.
McGreevy then arrived at the residence and officers received permission to search the residence from McGreevy and Yoder. In the bedroom officers found a plastic bag that contained a white residue that tested positive for methamphetamine. In the shed, officers discovered a plastic bag that contained a crystal-like substance that tested positive for methamphetamine and weighed less than one gram.
McGreevy reportedly confessed the methamphetamine belonged to her. Yoder also advised he used methamphetamine at the residence to sell and use.
