FORTY WAYNE — It’s alive and set to music and coming to the Fort Wayne Civic Theatre. Frederick Frankenstein (he pronounces it Fronk-en-steen) has inherited his family’s estate in Transylvania in Young Frankenstein.

With the help of a hunchbacked side-kick Igor (Eye-gor) and Inga, a leggy lab assistant, Frederick brings to life a creature to rival his grandfather’s. Hilarity rules with the unexpected arrival of his fiancée and the escape of his creature. The electrifying musical adaptation of Mel Brooks’ monstrously funny film will leave you in stitches.
