Wi-Fi Dispute Results In Charges
WARSAW — An alleged dispute over the changing of a Wi-Fi password resulted in one female being arrested on charges.
Welcome Suzanne Lloyd, 30, 513 Sophie Lane, Warsaw, was arrested Friday evening, Feb. 5, on charges of residential entry, a level 6 felony, and battery, a class B misdemeanor.
Court documents, filed Feb. 4 by Warsaw City Police Officer Roy Navarro, state police were called to 523 Sophie Lane, on Jan. 30. The victim told police her downstairs neighbor was pounding on the wall. When she walked toward the door Lloyd entered the front door without permission and punched her in the throat and chest. There were two witnesses to the incident.
Lloyd told police she had been texting the victim and the victim was upset Lloyd had changed her Wi-Fi password.
Lloyd was held in the Kosciusko County Jail on $5,000 surety and $250 cash bond.
