Accident On East Old Road 30
WARSAW —Two teens suffered minor injuries in a one vehicle accident at 7:05 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 10, on East Old Road 30.
Bridgette Yoder, 17, Syracuse, was driving a silver 2003 Mercury sedan with passenger Carma Yoder, 15, Syracuse.
According to police, Yoder was traveling on East Old Road 30 when she stated she lost control of her vehicle due to the slick roadway. Yoder reported she crossed the center of the road and then ran off the road, struck a ditch and ended up driving through a person’s yard and hitting a large tree head on.
Bridgette Yoder complained of upper arm pain and Carma Yoder complained of all-over body pain. Medical treatment was refused by parent/guardian, Loretta Yoder who stated she would take the teens for medical treatment, but did not want them transported by ambulance.
