KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — The Kosciusko County Community Foundation and Kosciusko County Farm Bureau are hosting its Second Annual Barn & Business Breakfast from 6:30-8:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 8, at the Manahan Orthopaedic Capital Center located on the Grace College campus. The event is designed for business, agriculture, and community leaders.
Keynote speakers will be Jim Schellinger, president of the Indiana Economic Development Corporation, and Ted McKinney, director of agribusiness development at the Indiana Economic Development Corporation. Schellinger and McKinney will share insights about the regulatory environment, attracting and retaining entry and mid-level employees and rural access to broadband — topics that last year’s breakfast attendees said they wanted to learn more about. The breakfast will also offer guests the opportunity to network with other leaders from a variety of industries in our community.
Thanks to generous sponsors, the event is free, but registration is required. To register, go to https://connect.kcfoundation.org. The deadline to register is Feb. 29.
