12:12 p.m. Monday, Feb. 15, South CR 400W, south of West CR 200S, Warsaw. Driver: Alaina N. McDonald, 23, South Wray Street, Atwood. McDonald lost control of her vehicle, going off the roadway. The vehicle rolled onto its side. Damage up to $2,500.

11:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 15, East CR 750N and North CR 400E, Leesburg. Drivers: David A. Jones, 38, North Fifth Trail, North Webster, and Mark R. Aker, 45, North Kalorama Road, Leesburg. The vehicles sideswiped as they passed on a curve. Aker’s vehicle went off the roadway after the crash. Damage up to $5,000.

4:53 p.m. Monday, Feb. 15, East Center Street, Warsaw. Driver: Jennifer L. Payne, 41, North Broadway Street, Mentone. Payne’s vehicle struck a drive through order menu, coming to rest on top of the concrete base. Damage up to $5,000.

3:13 p.m. Monday, Feb. 15, East Main Street and North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Donald L. Hiers, 81, George Street, Logansport, and Linda S. Wiley, 62, West Old Road 30, Warsaw. Hiers disregarded a traffic signal colliding with the Wiley vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
