7:01 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 20, West CR 200S, west of South Ferguson Road, Warsaw. Driver: Brandon S. Reinholt, 18, West CR 200S, Warsaw. Hit deer. Damage up to $5,000.

7:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 20, East CR 200N, west of North SR 13, Pierceton. Driver; Ronald E. Kuhn, 42, East CR 450N, Leesburg. Hit deer. Damage up to $5,000.

7:24 p.m. Friday, Feb. 19, East CR 300S, east of South Country Club Road, Warsaw. Driver: Connie J. DeFord, 51, South MaGee Road, Warsaw. Hit deer. Damage up to $5,000.

7:05 a.m. Friday, Feb. 19, East Old Road 30, west of South CR 450E, Warsaw. Driver: Kathy Komorowski, 49, North Barbee Road, Warsaw. Deer hit vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.

4:20 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 18, South Bruner Road, north of West Island Lane, Warsaw. Driver: Makayla L. Ruiz, 17, South SR 15, Silver Lake. Ruiz told police she was driving too fast, went off the roadway into slush and hit a mailbox mount. Damage up to $5,000.

4:28 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 16, East US 30, Warsaw. Drivers: Ryan M. Miller, 41, CR 68, Spencerville, and Trevin R. Miller, 18, North Cook Street, Warsaw. Ryan Miller’s vehicle struck hit the Trevin Miller vehicle head on, as he was leaving the gas pumps. Damage up to $5,000.

9:27 a.m. Monday, Feb. 15, West CR 900S, west of South County Farm Road, Silver Lake. Driver: Timothy L. Buell, 66, West CR 900S, Claypool. Buell drove over a patch of icy roadway and left the road, hitting a mailbox. Damage up to $2,500.

Syracuse

Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following accident:

4:44 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 16, Syracuse-Webster Road, north of CR 1050N, Syracuse. Driver: Daniel P. Vandiver, 60, East CR 900N, Syracuse. Deer hit vehicle. Damage under $750.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

1:10 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 20, North Detroit Street, south of East Canal Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Steven G. Keene, 25, West CR 400S, Warsaw; Lorin T. Acree, 29, South SR 15, Claypool; and Kirsten A. Hackel, 35, Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw. Keene’s vehicle struck the Acree vehicle pushing it into the back of the Hackel vehicle. Damage up to $25,000.

8:45 p.m. Friday, Feb. 19, West Center Street, west of South Hand Avenue, Warsaw. Driver: Demarcus Z. Gibson, 21, East VanBuren Street, Leesburg. Gibson’s vehicle struck the guardrail. Gibson was arrested for failure to stop after an accident, resisting law enforcement and refusal to submit to chemical test. Damage up to $5,000.

5:53 p.m. Friday, Feb. 19, Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Police report a vehicle was legally parked in the parking lot of Lake Village Plaza when an unknown vehicle struck the vehicle causing damage. Damage up to $5,000.

4:57 p.m. Friday, Sept. 19, Shelden Street and Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw. Drivers: Brody P. Erst, 24, Walnut Creek Boulevard, Warsaw, and Pinakinbhai H. Patel, 29, Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw. Erst went to pass the Patel vehicle on the left, when Patel made a left turn colliding with Erst’s vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.

4:14 p.m. Friday, Feb. 19, North Lake Street, Warsaw. Driver: Welcome S. Lloyd, 30, Sophie Lane, Warsaw. Lloyd stated a vehicle approaching her vehicle reflected a glare from the sun into her eyes. Believing the other vehicle was going to hit her vehicle, she swerved to the right, driving up over the curb and sidewalk hitting a trash can, owned by Debra M. Allen; parked vehicle, registered to Wal-Mart Supercenter; and continued into the front porch of the residence, at 742 N. Lake St., owned by Penny S. Helvey. Damage up to $25,000.

2:54 p.m. Friday, Feb. 19, East Center Street and South Bronson Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Stephenie R. Shepherd, 37, West Pike Street, Warsaw, and Mark G. Kroll, 48, South Elaine Drive, Warsaw. Shepherd’s vehicle struck the back of the Kroll vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.

11:05 a.m. Friday, Feb. 19, East Center Street, east of South Cleveland Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Nathan B. Whetstone, 20, South SR 15, Silver Lake, and Terry L. Davis, 58, North Brook Boulevard, Warsaw. Whetstone was attempting to use his phone for directions, failed to see the Davis vehicle had stopped, and struck the back of the Davis vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.
