Judith A. ‘Judy’ Keck
Judith A. “Judy” Keck, 76, Syracuse, passed away at 9:40 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 28, 2016, at Miller’s Merry Manor in Syracuse. She was born on Sept. 7, 1939, in Goshen, to Robert W. and Marjorie J. (Laughlin) Wiles.
She grew up in Syracuse, attended Syracuse High School and returned to the Syracuse area in 1970 after traveling with her husband many places who was in the service. She retired from Lance’s New Market Deli and formerly worked at Syracuse Café, Syracuse Bakery and Rogers Electro-Matics in Syracuse.
She was an avid race car fan since 1948 and enjoyed watching five generations of her family race.
She is survived by her two daughters: Cindy (Gary) Schlabach; Tammy Walton, both of Syracuse; son: Randy Keck, Syracuse; four grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brother: Gary (Pat) Wiles, Syracuse. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 2, at the Syracuse Cemetery, Mill St., Syracuse, in with Pastor David Winters of the Vineyard Community Church officiating. Owen Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
