Anna M. Accettura
Anna M. Accettura, 56 of Warsaw passed away at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 9, 2016, in her residence.
On Oct. 24, 1959, she was born in Mount Vernon, Ill., to Louis and Josphine (Titone) Blalock Sr. She had attended Gage Park high school in Chicago, Illinois.
She was the manager of the Chicago Dog House Restaurant for two years and had previously worked at Bob Evans for 15 years.
She was married to Rocco Accettura who survives in Warsaw. She is also survived by her children: John (and spouse Christina) Ciaccia of Fort Wayne; Michele (and spouse Travis) Ciaccia-Long of Warsaw; and Danette Ciaccia of Warsaw. She is further survived by her brothers: George Blalock and Louis Blalock both of Warsaw and 11 grandchildren: Shelbie-Jo, Riley, Kaden, Carter, Eibyl, Mylee-Rose and Rayden all of Warsaw; Gabriella, Abigail, Anthony and Gwenevere of Fort Wayne.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, March 14, at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday at the Funeral Chapel. Kenneth Rogers will officiate the services.
