“The best part about being on the road is the challenge we face in competing against the top competitors in the country,” said Squealers Owner, Jeff Yater. “It also gives us the chance to test new rubs and sauces, and ultimately helps us prove that we do bring competition barbecue at its best to our local restaurants.”
Since opening the first dine-in restaurant at 390 E. High St., Mooresville in 2001 followed by a second location at 5515 W. 86 St., Indianapolis and a third location at 5899 E. 86th St., Indianapolis in 2015, Squealers continues to be a part the Indiana barbecue scene. An authentic smoked barbecue, Squealers continues to bring central Indiana customers the signature sauces, pulled pork, ribs and brisket that have won countless awards over the years.
Enhancing their local impact, Squealers continues to partner with the not-for-profit Indiana Pork, which represents the state’s 3,000 family pork farmers through the pork check-off program.
Additionally, Squealers exclusively uses Indiana Kitchen pork through a continued partnership with the Delphi-based pork processor Indiana Packers, which accounts for approximately two tons of smoked ribs and pork weekly between their central Indiana stores.
