Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:
9:56 p.m. Saturday, March 26, West CR 900N east of North SR 15, Milford. Drivers: Joseph S. Graff, 42, North West Street, Milford, and Aren P. Lantz, 17, Broadmore Street, Goshen. While approaching the stop sign, Graff’s vehicle rear-ended Lantz’s vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
5:26 p.m. Saturday, March 26, East Hatchery Road west of East CR 1000N, Syracuse. Drivers: Janet I. Bitner, 74, East Hatchery Road, Syracuse, and Ingrid K. Bowser, 43, County Road 133, Syracuse. As Bitner was pulling out of the parking lot, her vehicle collided with Bowser’s oncoming vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
8:20 p.m. Tuesday, March 22, Chapman Lake Drive north of EMS C10 Lane, Warsaw. Driver: Kristi J. Arnett, 48, EMS B61G lane, Warsaw. Arnett swerved to miss another vehicle and hit a utility pole. A nearby witness confirmed Arnett’s account. Arnett complained of chest and back pain at the scene. Damage up to $10,000.
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:
South Detroit Street and East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Driver: Timothy L. Joy, 53, North CR 200W, Warsaw. As Joy was turning the corner, his trailer tipped, causing the vehicle to roll over. Joy was trapped and had to be extricated. Hew as transported to Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, with complaints of chest pain. Damage up to $5,000.
Winona Lake
Officers with the Winona Lake Police Department investigated the following accident:
7:56 a.m. Wednesday, March 23, Liberty Drive west of East Legacy Lane, Winona Lake. Driver: Mark O. Wagley, 33, South Union Street, Warsaw. Hit parked car. Damage up to $2,500.
