Carol Y. Enyeart, 65, North Manchester, died at 4:56 a.m. Monday, March 28, 2016, in Wabash.

She was born on Aug. 4, 1950, in Honolulu, Hawaii, to the late Esteban Remular. Carol worked in retail at Lances and later at Dollar General, both in North Manchester. She retired from Dollar General in April 2015. She married Rick Enyart on June 8, 1986. Carol was a volunteer at the Fellowship of Churches Food Pantry in North Manchester. She loved going to the Chinese Buffet in Warsaw and Wabash. But most of all she loved her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband: Rick Enyeart; sons: Michael (David Sawesky) Pelphrey, Warsaw; and Roger Pelphrey Jr., North Manchester; daughters: Kimberly Enyeart, South Whitley; and six grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. Thursday, March 31, at McKee Mortuary, North Manchester, and one hour prior to the 10 a.m. Friday, April 1, service, also at McKee Mortuary. Services will be officiated by Father Andrew Curry. Burial will be at Swank Cemetery, North Manchester.
